Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) is an innovative quick-freezing technology that ensures consistent, high- quality products. The short freezing time prevents the formation of large ice crystals. As each piece is individually frozen, the product maintains its shape, colour, smell and taste after thawing.

Frozen Tips

Keep frozen at 0°F or -18°C, or below. Take out desired amount and immediately return unused product to the freezer. Do not refreeze if thawed. Keep in refrigerator for up to 48 hours in a sealed container.

Thaw product at room temperature or use frozen. Use any way you would fresh fruit. Incorporate into your favourite recipes.

Frozen vegetables should always be cooked before consuming. Cook from frozen and incorporate into your favourite recipes.
